Your Certification Path

BASE TRAINING: During a 2-day Online Live Event you will be taken through all the concepts, framework and questions of the Willingness Ladder®. This will be enable you to start playing with the methodology with real clients.

CERTIFICATION: In order to become Officially Certified (so that you can now advertise you use this approach, use the logo on your website and become an official registered practitioner on this site) you will be have a 2 hour certification 1-on-1 meeting with Howard Cooper where you submit 2 x filmed case studies for review (different presenting issues) and discuss.

ONGOING MOMENTUM: Ongoing quarterly online group mentoring sessions for Registered Practitioners ONLY. To deep dive, share insights and keep skills sharp and in the spirit of the Willingness Ladder® approach.

Becoming Certified: Your Investment
Following attending a LIVE Willingness Ladder® event* with Howard Cooper you will be eligible to apply to become a certfied Willingness Ladder® practitioner. In order to do that the investment and what is included is outlined below.
Initial Certification
A 2-hour certification meeting (2 x recorded case studies are reviewed and discussed with Howard Cooper).
On Successful Completion Of This Step*
You become an official Willingness Ladder® Practitioner and you get access to:

Maintaining Standards
In order to maintain the quality of our Willingness Ladder® Practitioners it is required that they attend (in-person) at least 2 of the quartely online group mentoring sessions each year.
Ongoing Practitioners will have continued access to all the benefits above.

Is Certification Gauranteed?
*Certification is NOT gauranteed. If the case studies do not meet the required standard, or demonstrate the ethos, aptitude, or required quality expected, then applicants will receive structured feedback and may resubmit a further case study for review at additional fee of £50.
If further case studies still fail to meet the required standard then you may be required to reattend a live event for further training before resubmitting again.
(If it becomes apparent that we don't feel you are the right fit to become a certfied Willingness Ladder® Practitioner than we reserve the right refuse certifcation (at which point we will refund the portion of the Certification fee that was to cover ongoing support).

Is certification permanent?
This is a one-off purchase and is NOT a subscription model. One price to get unlimited access to the material.
What if I’ve only completed online training?
The information contained during the programme can be applied to all anxieties. Once you truly understand the principles at play, it can help you in all the areas you have been anxious about.
Does it just work? Do I have to do anything?
Of course! This is NOT a passive 'just sit back whilst we administer the treatment' process. This is about giving you great quality information, strategies and approaches that can shift your thinking. If you watch the videos, apply the principles, and ask questions (if needed) then you are likely to see some significant shifts in becoming free from anxiety.
